Another day to forget.. tonnes of useless work nothing productive to speak off. Read two articles though which thro me off -

- Ground reality of (realty) is quite different as on date. I have looked at both COmmercial and Residential market in segments in new OMR stretches like Kelambakkam and further on - there is no decent revenue making opportuntiy whihc can break even within 3 - 5 years of investment. within cityhowever i understand there is opportunity to convert residential market to commercial in certain localities..6th Avenue is for instance an opportunity booming in my opinion - with Shanthi Colony in annanagar literally transformed to commercial segment this stretch from VST Motors to the 18th Mainroad junction is a area waiting to boom.. I am sure this will be the case 3 yrs from now.. Annanagar is no more the peaceful residential market it was 10-15 years back.Miss the old days when my buddies and I would cycle down the 2nd avenue road late in the night after Mr,Pillai's Physics and Mr. Johnson's Chemistry classes got over. Can never forget those days..

 about the VIP culture.. Crap wonder when we will have a nation where individuals are respected for what they are as a person and not by the designation.. Needs a educated nation with accountability for people who hold certain positions. I think we are getting there as a nation and not far off when such instances will be a thing of the past.
